Mocha Obra. Handout

Salted Caramel Flight – A caramel latte infused with Asin sa Buy-o from Zambales and panocha sugar, this drink pays homage to José Joya’s 1962 abstract painting “Flight.’ Its layered, earthy flavors mirror the dynamic swirls and tones of the artwork.
Mocha Obra – Made with rich Mayon Gold chocolate, this mocha draws inspiration from Vicente Manansala’s “Untitled (Carabaos)” 1966). The drink’s deep, volcanic hues evoke the resilience and grounded spirit captured in Manansala’s brushwork.
Erenos Roast – A latte made with roasted pili nut milk, this contemplative blend is a nod to Fernando Zóbel’s 1959 painting “Erenos.” Its subtle complexity reflects the introspective nature of Zóbel’s Saeta series.
